Savory lox, toasted English muffin, rich hollandaise sauce, and fried capers for a tangy, salty finish. Served with a side of seasoned Breakfast Potatoes.
Sticky Bun French Toast
Thick brioche French toast with caramel sauce drizzle and crunchy candied pecans.
Hash browns, roasted sweet potatoes, brussels sprouts, butternut squash, black beans, red peppers, red onions, avocado. Add eggs for a protein boost!
Turkey ham folded into thin crepes then topped with cottage cheese and fried sage. Served with maple-roasted sweet potatoes.
Quinoa Fried Rice
Scrambled eggs, brown rice, quinoa, mushrooms, green onion, carrots, and mushroom soy sauce.
