Having started in the food industry at a young age (fast food, serving, and hosting) it has been my dream and lifelong goal to own a restaurant. I grew up locally in Mequon and love the area. I live in Grafton right now, but we love Cedarburg, it is the cutest little town! We enjoy spending time downtown just to walk around and love to support the local businesses. When I am not working, I spend time with my husband and two kids, who keep us very busy. We love summertime in Wisconsin, going to all the festivals, the zoo, and just spending time outside! I am passionate about Brunch because of the culture and working environment because everyone feels like one big family. I am excited to bring another breakfast option to the area because I know that Brunch can provide amazing food and a fun, bright, and cheery atmosphere, plus who doesn't love bottomless mimosas. And the rooftop will be a huge hit! Everyone loves to be able to enjoy a meal outside.
