Starting July 1: Strawberry Shortcakes
July is peak strawberry season in Wisconsin. So, sharing a dish inspired by fresh, juicy berries is a must! Our Strawberry Shortcakes feature a stack of three Brunch Pancakes, juicy sliced berries, and sweet strawberry syrup. Whipped cream? Yes, please! Generous dollops of whipped cream finish this summer special.
Coming soon: Mexican Street Omelette
This inventive entree folds house-made chorizo (yes, we make our own chorizo) into a fluffy omelette. More flavor comes with fresh jalapeños and queso fresco. Still not done…topped with a bright chimichurri sauce. Wait, there’s more….and served with Mexican street corn.
